Are you ready for the New Year? I certainly am! A few bottles of Champagne, a fancy dress, and good company are all it takes to bring in 2010.

The latest Arsenic Lace release, Skelekins, is a comfortable long-sleeved tee. The perfect post-party comfort. The Skelekins Tee comes in a pack with 7-colors. It has both tucked in and untucked versions as well as an option for painted fingernails. All for 150L.

Colors include: Pink, Green, Blue, White, Gray, Purple, and Red.

Also, this week I have a new free item! Skelekins eyes. These bright fuschia orbs will have you seeing skulls. ^~

New Release: Terra

Just in time for Christmas, Terra features a beautiful hand-painted pattern. Each skirt in the series features a slightly varieted pattern on the skirt, so no color is exactly alike. The outfit packs include both the original black-background dress and an inverted version of that color. Terra includes two flexiprim skirts, stockings, two tops, two pairs of gloves, a cloak, a belt, and a choker.

10/6 Chess Piece Hunt

The Chess Piece Hunt over at 10/6 started today. The hunt features over thirty items from a variety of great designers! Items range from clothing, to jewelry, to furniture and everything in between. Many of these items follow the 10/6 Alice in Wonderland theme so if you are a fan it is most certainly worth checking out.

~Arsenic Lace~ is participating in the hunt. I created a special outfit "Hearts & Crowns" for the occassion. So, if you like the outfit be sure to stop by 10/6 to find it and the other great items hidden in chess pieces throughout the area.

Toxicity Sweater Set

The time to bundle up is at hand! (As you have no doubt heard me mention before...) What better way to keep warm than with a sweater set that gives wearers a near endless amount of possibilities.

The latest ~Arsenic Lace~ release, Toxicity Sweater Set, is extremely versatile. Each pack contains 5 colors in two lengths: long and cropped. The cropped version is included on both jacket and shirt layers. Pair a cropped jacket layer with a long shirt layer to create unique, personalized color combinations. 75L buys a pack of 5 colors, or 200L buys all 20 colors.

Toxicity

Toxicity, the newest ~Arsenic Lace~ release, blends the elegance of EGL fashion with the boldness of punk. Just because winter is around the corner, doesn't mean you should avoid bright colors and rich patterns. Be adventerous! Wear this dress with the jacket for a midnight stroll or without if you are feeling a little fiesty!

The new release also brings two never-before-seen outfit colors to the shop: Lime and H.Pink. As with all ~Arsenic Lace~ colors, these match the freebie sock packs and can easily be swapped out for added versatility.

Antiqua

Well, I hope everyone had a fantastic Halloween! This week I, finally, have a new outfit to release. Antiqua! This time around I wanted to have a few more options to the outfit, so instead of one skirt there are two. The blouse can be worn alone with the skirt. :) So there is a little more variety in this outfit than in my last one. Enjoy. :)

Halloween Batty Tattoo!

Between computers breaking and road trips, I have not had a lot of time to update! So, at long last, a new item has been added to the shop: Batty! This is a Halloween-themed bat tattoo that comes in four festive colors (Black, Red, Brown, Orange).

I love autumn. The leaves are changing, Starbucks is selling Pumpkin Spice Lattes, and just the other day I aired out all of my lovely, warm sweaters.

New Item: Skull Pants

I have added a new item, Skull Jeans, to the shop this evening. Want to dress down but still feel stylish? These pants are perfect for the occasion! :D For now, I am offering these in five different colors:

Hey there! I am hard at work getting ready for a new release, but in the meantime I added a new color to the shop: Black!

Lacrymosa and Amadeus now come in a midnight black tone that is great for the inner vampire in all of us. Black gloves have also been added to my glove selection. Grand Opening. :D

Hello everyone!

My name is Hawke and I have just opened a shop called Arsenic Lace. Here shoppers will find a selection of fashion products for both men and women. My goal in Second Life? to continue creating unique pieces in a variety of styles and colors.

I have always enjoyed fashion design and my recent enterprises here have allowed me to turn this passion into a reality. As a designer, I draw influences from many fashion genres. A few of my favorites include Steampunk, Lolita, Gothic, Punk, and Period fashion. I adore street fashion and am always on the lookout for interesting outfits while out on the town. I hope to combine my love of fashion with my love of literature by incorporating fantasy and science fiction elements within my designs.

With my line, Arsenic Lace, I refuse to confine myself to one style and instead hope to incorporate elements of all the styles I so love into my designs. If you don't like the way something looks and think it could be better, I am always open to a little friendly critique! If you like what you see, spread the word-- a little love goes a long way!
